Loading Credits

Some API calls have an associated cost. Depending on the endpoint called, these costs may vary. Speak to your Account Manager for more information.

Loading credits is completed using the Principa Cloud Portal by visiting your applicable Environment.

ⓘ You will need to have the Developer or Administrator role assigned to your account to be able to load API credits.

Once signed in, navigate to SERVICES > Developer using the left navigation.

You will be able to view your existing account balance, as well as remaining credits for API usage on the Developer Dashboard.

Use the following functions to top up or reserve credits for API usage:

Action	Description
Top up funds	If there are no funds loaded onto your Principa Cloud Portal, then you will need to Top up funds. Follow the funds management process to top up funds to your account.
Reserve funds	This action will prompt you for the amount of funds you wish to reserve exclusively for API usage.
